Default What MMO you playin right now?

Aion it's a fun game at the moment very pvp focused and too new to have any complaint's.

Everquest 2 just doesn't even feel like norrath anymore I"m not going to bash soe or anything but right now it just feel's like thing's done by soe is just greed for money that the playerbase has to put up with and the gameplay suffer's because of it.

Would love to here from Scott about his day's workin for Soe and how many late night's he had to pull for that game think he left just after Rise of Kunark (what a shallow xpansion ) but pre rok the game had some backbone.

Right now, no mmo. I'm not a game hopper. I don't like to play games for brief stints.
EQ: 1999 - 2004
EQ2: 2004 - 2006
VG: 2007 - 2009
HoT: 2010 - ?

Once I set a focus on a game, I stick with it until they say its not going to happen or a better opportunity comes around. So far HoT is the only thing that's worth atleast half a damn thats in development. Sorry PvP Sci-Fi mmos simply aren't making the cut these days.

I'm sort of not playing anything right now, but I still have a subscription to EQ2 and log in maybe once a month.

@Jamzaz - Scott left nearly 2 years ago, and it's all gone down hill since then. I personally think Brenlo's a douche, and doesn't care at all about the playerbase, which, of course, makes him a terrible producer.

I'm playing Fallen Earth. Well I did cancel after the 1st month, but that is because I'm out of the country next week and my video card is also broken, so it seemed silly to renew until the computer is sorted out. Not perfect by any means, but at least the game has been different and managed to hold my interest.

Last MMO I played was WAR, which lasted about 5 months before I got tried of dealing with the flaws. Stopped playing WoW after a few months after the Burning Crusade expansion due to sheer boredom and never looked back.

I was in the Champions Online Beta for a while, but never played the Live version, because it just wasn't immersive enough. The game plays more like a single player game and is really lacking in content. Aion doesn't interest me because the structure resembles too much of Lineage which is nothing but a grindfest.

Right now HoT and SW: ToR are the only games on my radar and maybe Star Trek Online, but given Cryptic's handling of CO, I'm not to optimistic about it.

All the MMOs I have played to date:
  • EQ
  • Dark Age of Camelot (still consider this the best MMO before ToA expansion)
  • Anarchy Online
  • Istaria: Chronicles of the Gifted (formerly known as Horizons)
  • World of Warcraft
  • Warhammer Online
  • Age of Conan
  • Shadowbane
  • City of Heroes
  • Champions Online
  • Lineage II
  • Star Wars Galaxies
  • Final Fantasy XI
  • Guild Wars
  • Runes of Magic
  • The Chronicles of Spellborn
Yeah I know, I've been playing for a while, but I still manage to get outside more than the usual gamer.

Not playing any MMO now. Nothing really interests me. Just looking forward to a few especially that RTS Trion is working on.

I haven't invested any great deal of time in any MMO since I left WoW several years ago. I can't play a MMO that I'm not 100% into because I keep thinking to myself what's the point in playing when I could be doing something else.
